Mr. Kavuru, a Master of Pharmacy by training and has a successful track record of creating and leading several successful pharmaceutical companies. Vimal brings in his vision and management, a broad based understanding of the global pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Kavuru is Founder, Chairman & CEO of Rising Pharma Holdings, one of the top 25 US generic pharmaceutical companies. He successful divested Citron Pharma to Aceto Corporation in 2016 and Gen-Source Rx, a leading national distributor to Cardinal Health in 2014. Mr. Kavuru currently serves as the CEO Casper Pharma, Chairman Grace Therapeutics and Celon Labs. He is a registered Pharmacist, received a B.S. in Pharmacy with a specialization in Industrial Pharmacy at Long Island University. Vimal is a SmartCEO 2016 New Jersey Future 50 Winner and has been happily married for over 25 years and lives in New Jersey with their three children.

Mr. Thogarchedu is a Chartered Management Accountant with over 20 years of pharmaceutical experience in international marketing, business development, licensing, covering APIs and finished dosage forms. Having extensively travelled, Srikanth has a deep understanding of pharmaceutical markets across various regions including the regulatory requirements. Previously, he was Senior Director, Business Development and Sourcing at Gen-Source Rx, a leading national distributor of Rx and OTC products to independent pharmacies.
Edward Neugeboren

Mr. Neugeboren has 25 years of healthcare experience in pharmaceutical operations, investment banking, business development, portfolio and corporate management and institutional equity research. Mr. Neugeboren was previously Co-Founder & Managing Partner at ArcLight Advisors, a healthcare investment banking and business development firm. He was Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Equity Research Operations at Lehman Brothers and was also Deputy Director of Equity Research at UBS. He began his career as an equity research analyst covering the Specialty Pharmaceuticals industry, including Generic Drugs & Drug Delivery at Dillon Read, Kidder Peabody and Furman Selz.
